I have montlhy trading statements from merchant suppliers. There are numerous different transactions that are linked to different categories. When I import these, the whole statement is being categorised to one category instead of looking at the full statement and allocating each line ot a specific category. Can this be sorted out please as I always have different categories.

Have an option to view documents (recent, archived, etc.) in a "detail" format where it lists the date uploaded/edited, full file name, category, amount, etc. to be easier to find the document than with the tiles.

If the payment method is on the receipt, have it as a field for renaming the file name. For example, manny receipts will incude the type of care (i.e., VISA, MC, AMEX, etc.) and the last four digits. So, have the renaming field be able to pull that info out. {date:YYYY-MM-DD}_{Card}_{Total Amount}_{Vendor Name} which could resolve to 2025-10-19_VISA6548_1.25_RTA

I need to be able to categorize the line items on receipts. It appears that I can only give the entire receipt a category. Example: It is common for me to buy inventory for resale and office supplies on the same invoice.

It could possibly save us a bunch of time if there was an easy way to export info from QBO to use to setup Receipts AI. I'm thinking: -chart of accounts so it RAI knows what to match bank and credit card statements to -list of vendors -list of expense categories

I'd like to upload a month or a year's worth of files. Might be 100s. How about letting us zip them up and upload them as a single file?

Does this thing learn? Like many businesses, I tend to get the receipts from the same vendors over and over again. I just uploaded a test stack of like 8 receipts. Many of them were processed flawlessly, but a few of them poorly. Quickly looking thru them, one is from a vendor that I purchase about 10k from every month, so it would be awesome to get those receipts to be recognized. Their reciept formatting will be pretty much the same every month (until/unless they change the software they use for creating statements). So, the question is whether there is any way for me to help ReceiptsAI learn to recognize them? Or does it already?

It would be helpful to separate the transactions/statement categorizing into month instead of only the options currently available. I want to be able to easily visualize and compare monthly % expenditures.

I need an indicator for each transaction whether VAT is involved. Presently, I have to create two categories, one with, and the other without VAT.
